Right of withdrawal

Effective date: TODO

โš ๏ธ PLACEHOLDER โ€” NOT LEGAL ADVICE. Every section below is a stand-in. Replace it all with content reviewed by a qualified lawyer (and translated where required) BEFORE charging customers or going live.

Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

TODO: As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

How to withdraw

TODO: To exercise the right, inform us ([provider name, address, email]) by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. Deadline is met if the notice is sent before the 14-day period ends.

Consequences

TODO: We refund all payments received without undue delay and within 14 days, using the same means of payment, subject to the exception below.

Early expiry for digital services โ€” immediate performance

TODO: Buckettrip Plus and credit top-ups are digital services provided immediately. Before Checkout you are asked to (1) expressly consent to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period ends, and (2) acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided (ยง 356 Abs. 5 BGB). The checkbox you tick at Checkout records this consent. Until you have given it, your ordinary 14-day right applies.

This matches the consent shown before payment: โ€œI request that Buckettrip begins immediately, and I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital service (my plan / credits) has been provided.โ€

Model withdrawal form (Muster-Widerrufsformular)

TODO: Include the statutory model form โ€” To [provider name/address/email]: I/We hereby withdraw from my/our contract for the following service [โ€ฆ], ordered on [โ€ฆ], name, address, date, signature (if on paper).
