Terms (AGB)

1. Scope

TODO: These terms govern use of Buckettrip between [provider] and the customer.

2. The service

TODO: Buckettrip generates AI trip suggestions. Prices, weather, crowd levels and other figures are estimates unless explicitly marked otherwise, and are not guaranteed. Actual bookings are made on third-party sites (airlines, Booking.com, car-rental partners), whose own terms apply; Buckettrip is not the seller or travel agent for those.

3. Subscription & credits

Buckettrip Plus costs €9/month or €79/year (incl. VAT — TODO confirm).
It includes 100 credits per month that reset monthly and do not roll over.
Credit costs: a new generation (3 trips) scales with trip length — up to 4 days = 20 credits · 5–9 days = 30 · 10–16 days = 45 · 17–28 days = 60 · 29 days and longer = 80. A refine = 3 credits. The exact cost is always shown before you confirm a generation.
Top-up credits (30/€4, 120/€14, 300/€30) are available to active subscribers and do not expire.
The free preview is one generation, shown as a locked preview, with no card required.

4. Billing, renewal & cancellation

TODO: Automatic renewal, how to cancel (Stripe Customer Portal), effect of cancellation, and refund policy (subject to the right-of-withdrawal notice).

5. Acceptable use

TODO: No unlawful use, no abuse of the generation endpoints, etc.

6. Liability

TODO: Limitation of liability, especially that trip data is informational and travelers must verify prices, visas, safety and bookings themselves.
